Howard Watson is Chief Technology and Information Officer and has responsibility for the entire technical infrastructure, both Network and IT. He holds a number of group wide responsibilities including Change Management and Business Architecture and is the Executive with overall responsibility for quality.Howard joined Virgin Media when it was Telewest in 1993.During his time, he has been responsible for the build and operation of all of Telewest’s networks including the build of the National Network, the Digital TV and Broadband platforms as well as post merger billing migrations within Virgin Media.
Howard has also spent 12 years at GEC Plessey Telecommunications in a variety of engineering roles.
