Mr. Volinskey joined Metalink in September 2004. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Volinskey served as VP of Business Development at RFWaves, a company focused on low cost radio ICs for consumer electronics.

From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Volinskey served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces, where he managed a wide range of high-technology projects in computing and telecommunications.

He holds a BSc. in Electronic Engineering from the Technion - Israel's Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
