Michelle Garden manages the marketing mix for Telkom Media's products and services, and is responsible for the formulation of bundling and content value propositions across a range of converging technologies. 

Telkom Media is a subsidiary of Telkom SA, Africa’s largest provider of telecommunication services.  The media company was created during 2006 to provide the market with compelling alternatives in the information, communications and entertainment environment, including subscription broadcast television and online content services.  

Telkom’s entry into the media arena is due to the possibilities offered by converging telecommunications and broadcasting technologies that are complementary to Telkom's strategy to provide converged solutions to an increasingly sophisticated customer base. 

Prior to the formation of Telkom Media, Michelle managed Telkom SA's online initiatives, and before joining Telkom, she held various management positions in the IT industry in South Africa. 
Michelle holds a post-graduate law degree from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth, and has a number of certifications in management and electronic commerce.
