All conference tickets will be issued on arrival at the venue!
Exhibition only passes are free to online registered delegates until February 28th 2007. After this date an administration fee is applicable as follows:
Full 3 day exhbition only pass (registered after February 28th 2007) - GBP 95, inc VAT = GBP 111.63 Please note exhibition passes do not include access to any conferences, conference materials or catering.
Group Discount
A 10% group-booking discount is available for bookings of more than 3 delegates from the same organisation registering at the same time. If five delegates book, the sixth is free! Please email or call the events team for further details.
. Documentation If you are unable to attend the conference you may purchase the conference documentation pack. This includes the conference delegate catalogue, a copy of the attendance list and a username and password to login to the website and download the speaker presentations (subject to permission). The documentation fee is GBP350 + VAT (inc. P&P). Documents will be sent to you within 3 weeks of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the event will be subject to a 25% administration charge. Thereafter, we regret no refunds can be made. Substitutions can be made in writing at any time at no extra charge.
